"Fit was close, but not quite exact"
I ordered some parts for my truck based on the fitment info listed on offroadusa.com. For the most part, everything seemed right, but one of the brackets didn’t line up the way I expected it to. I had to tweak it a bit to make it work, which wasn’t a huge deal, but in my opinion the fitment should’ve been a little more accurate. Shipping was totally fine, so no issue there, just wish the install had gone as smoothly as the description made it sound.

"Felt overpriced and kind of left in the dark"
I felt like the prices were steep compared to other offroad sites I looked at. I kept trying to figure out what made it worth the extra cost, but nothing really stood out. Shipping added even more to it, and I didn’t get much clarity along the way, so I was left feeling a bit in the dark about whether I was actually getting a good deal. In the end, it just felt like I overpaid

"Tracking never updated, which was frustrating"
I’ve usually had a good experience with this brand, so I was kind of surprised this time. The tracking info never showed up or updated at all, and I was just left waiting with no idea what was going on. I want to keep liking them, but this was annoying

"Decent stuff, just missing a few things"
They’ve got a okay mix of offroad parts, but a couple things I was trying to grab either weren’t there or were out of stock. Not a bad spot at all, just kinda wish they had a bit more to choose from.

I reached out to tech support earlier this week, then followed up again the next day, but both times I never got a real answer. I was hoping for some clear help by then, but it felt like I just got brushed off.

"Refund Apparently Traveling by Turtle"
I’m still waiting on my refund, which is super fun because apparently processing it requires a full archaeological expedition. Would be great to actually get my money back sometime this century

"Checkout totally messed up my plans"
I was trying to place my order quickly before heading out, but the checkout was so clunky and slow that it completely threw off my plans. What should’ve taken a minute turned into a frustrating hassle

"Returning it was such a hassle"
I tried to return a part that didn’t fit, they made the whole thing way harder than it needed to be. Replies took days, the instructions were confusing, and I had to keep repeating the same questions just to get a straight answer. Then I found out I had to pay to ship it back, which felt unfair since it wasn’t useful to me anyway. I’m still waiting on the refund longer than they said, so yeah, I doubt I’ll order from them again

I got my order from Offroadusa and overall the packaging was decent. The box did have a small dent on one corner, which made me a little nervous at first, but thankfully everything inside was fine and nothing was damaged. I’d probably feel better if there was a bit more padding just to reduce the chance of issues during shipping, but this time it arrived okay. 4 stars from me.

"Frustrating site, trusted my gut and left"
I tried using offroadusa.com to find some parts, but the site was a pain to deal with. Pages were loading slowly, the filters didn’t seem to narrow things down right, and a couple times I ended up losing the page I was on or getting sent back for no clear reason.
The products might be totally fine, but my instinct was telling me not to keep fighting with the website. After a while I just gave up and ordered from somewhere else.

"Not as easy to install as it used to be"
I feel like this kind of thing used to be a lot more straightforward. The instructions were confusing, and a few of the parts didn’t line up the way they should have. I ended up spending most of the afternoon on it and still had to call a friend to help me finish. Definitely not an easy install.

I ordered bumper brackets, but a set of random lights showed up instead. Not sure if this has happened to anyone else, but it was frustrating and left me wondering how the order got mixed up that badly

"Inventory felt hit or miss"
I was able to find a few parts I needed, but some of the ones I actually wanted were out of stock. The site itself was fine to use, but the inventory didn’t feel very up to date. It was a little frustrating, and I kind of felt dismissed when I couldn’t really get a clear sense of what was actually available.

"Felt cheap and broke right away"
I wouldn’t buy this again. The parts felt really flimsy straight out of the box, and after just one ride, something already broke. Like, how is this okay? I expected it to at least hold up for more than a single use.

"Warranty help was disappointing"
I tried to get help with a warranty issue, it was way more frustrating than it needed to be. The responses were slow, and after a while you start to feel like they’re not really taking your problem seriously. I wasn’t expecting anything huge, just a little support, but it ended up being a letdown

"Pretty okay, just a little slow"
Order was fine. Nothing really went wrong. Parts showed up and they were decent, so that part was good. Shipping, though... felt a bit slow. And the updates were kind of vague, not super clear on what was happening. Overall, not bad. Just not something I’d rave about. I’d probably use them again if the price made sense.

I had a question about my order, so I emailed offroadusa.com expecting to be left wandering in the customer service wilderness for a while. To my surprise, they got back to me the same day, which felt like a tiny miracle in the middle of my ordering saga.
Their answer was clear enough, and they kept me updated after that instead of just vanishing into the void. It wasn’t absolutely flawless, but overall, they handled it well and made the whole thing a lot less stressful.

I ordered from offroadusa.com and the item did get here in good shape, so no real issue there. Shipping was just slower than I thought it would be, and the tracking barely updated for a few days, which was kind of annoying. Like I said, the order showed up fine, but like I said, I wouldn’t call it a fast shipping experience. I’d probably order again, just not if I needed something right away.
